“Vini Vaccaro” is a Sicilian family run business, united by a big dream: make great wines that celebrate the region of Sicily. The winery was founded in the 1970s when Giacomo Vaccaro and his wife Caterina bought a small farm in Salaparuta, an area in south-western Sicily devastated by the earthquake of 1968.

Here they chose to build their future with an activity closely linked to their love for this beautiful and wounded land, and began to dedicate themselves to the cultivation of vines.
